Specifically designed for use in concrete preparation and treatment with curing compounds, form release agents, and general spraying tasks, this concrete sprayer can apply up to 35% solids. With its rugged polyethylene tank and unbreakable wand, the sprayer ensures outstanding performance, efficiency, and durability, outperforming traditional steel sprayers at a fraction of the cost. It is perfect for a variety of spraying tasks, including enclosed spaces like greenhouses and office buildings where extended spraying applications are necessary. The sprayer is also ideal for spraying pesticides, herbicides, and for general spraying needs.

The durability of this concrete sprayer is highlighted by its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tank, which is resistant to UV rays and corrosion, while also remaining transparent. Equipped with FKM seals and O-rings, the sprayer is suitable for use with acidic liquids and solutions containing oil or harsh solvents.

Efficient pressurization is achieved through heavy-duty pumps, allowing for quick and effortless pressurization. The pressure relief valve automatically releases pressure at 45psi, while also offering manual operation for pressure release. The plastic adjustable spray nozzle adds versatility, allowing for easy adjustment of spray pressures.

Ease of use is further enhanced by the comfortable commercial shut-off valve with a lock-on/lock-off feature, along with padded carrying straps that have a quick adjustment tab for added convenience. The ergonomically-shaped operating components and large opening make filling and cleaning the sprayer a simple task, ensuring easy cleanup after each use.
